We aim to run two driving days exclusively for our members each year.  They are run in accordance with the MSA and ALRC regulations and provide the opportunity for drivers to improve their off road driving skills.  These days are held at a variety of sites and normally cost £20 per vehicle.

The Event

Drivers and passengers must be full or family members of ENLROC and must hold a full driving licence.

Times of Day for driving days – scrutineering and signing on is between 9am-10.30am with driving starting as soon as this has been completed.  Scruntineering is a basic check of the vehicles safety and important things to look out for are that the battery is fixed down and that the vehicle has a secure recovery point.

Leaving the Site

Before leaving the site make sure your lights and number plates are clean and do all you can to remove dirt that may otherwise be deposited on the road. If we leave a mess we lose sites, which we cannot afford to do as they are very difficult to find.

In addition to these two driving days that we organise, we often have groups of members that attend commercial driving days at sites such as Tixover and Yarwell.  This trips are organised informally, normally by chatting at club nights and events.
